The stylistic details embody an international flair, and the underlying architecture balances soft, delicate tones with rich walnut panelling, textured upholstery and layered fabrics to bring immediate warmth and comfort to the spaces. Fluid, organic forms – directly inspired by the movement of waves – recur throughout the layout, carrying over into bespoke furnishings, rugs, mirrors and curated artworks that visually soften the contemporary framework. The palette ranges from sunset hues and soft turquoise to deep forest greens and mottled sand tones, while the layering of sculptural decorative objects, stylish furniture and greenery lends the apartment a genuinely lived-in character and understated luxury.

The project took shape through the search for furniture, lighting and accessories sourced from various countries to give the apartment a diverse and personal atmosphere. Italy, France, India, Indonesia, the Netherlands, Portugal and Morocco – along with custom-made pieces crafted locally in Bahrain – coexist in every corner of this home in pure coastal style. This is evident in the rounded silhouettes of the furniture, the sculptural seating, the curved mirrors, the organically shaped rugs, the artwork and the softened architectural details, all of which express fluidity, relaxation and warmth.
